Sales conditions

You can buy paper at the mill from 9h00 to 17h00 Tuesday to Friday. You can pay cash or with debit and credit card.

Do not expect a normal retail store. We are first a manufacturer; we sell mostly to other manufacturers and retailers but we will be happy to try to accommodate you as much as possible, but our staff is limited.

A retailer near you might be able to help. Please look at our list of retailers. If your favorite retailer doesn’t sell our papers try to get the store to do it, it would help us.

We can prepare mail orders if the paper can't be found near you.

We answer the phone at (514) 931-8338 Eastern Time from 9h00 am to 5h00 pm.

Paper mill visits

We are open for activities and visits on the first Saturday of the month (see the bulletin). For a group tour, please contact us to find when a visit is possible.

Shipping orders

Every first order is prepaid.

For shipping out of Canada, check with us for the customs procedures.

Price lists are available by email or post.
